Never understood why insurance forces u to wait to claim it as a lost till it falls but then complain about oil leaking from a boat motor when this beach is now so polluted u can’t even swim

I have been to Rodanthe in North Carolina where they have those houses, it's crazy to think that they build them right on the ocean front like that almost at the shore break line. some are collapsing from erosion like this one😳

not being mean but don't people realize this can happen at anytime I mean you built on sand right next to water did you think the waves would never be big I don't understand why people waste the $ they do to build a wood house on the ocean 🤷🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
