no the verdict was not fair by any stretch of the imagination. what the use did by confining him to a washing machine and running a rinse cycle or wash cycle was a subjected him to kidnapping unlawful detainment and torture. the idiot judge who risk issued the ruling needs to be dismissed from the bar and replaced. do not know these basic things of the law that covers all 50 states is reprehensible for any judge.
