It’s not strong enough to take a wifi video call and per the FAA it’s not allowed. I can barely online shop with the free WIFI!

technically voice or video calls aren’t allowed per the FAA…..so I’d be careful. But WiFi works depending on how many people are using it and if the plane has operable WiFi.
