Point of correction. Being nonchalant doesn’t mean you don’t like my sister. In actual fact we are the most loving. The synonym should be emotional intelligence with arrogance. I describe it as staying true to self without being controlled by the external. N yes loving the next person makes me feel good but where we differ is I don’t perform (express).

Unfortunately life doesn't revolve around sentiment and feel good illusions. Life is good and life is hard. Life will throw you so many curve balls that you'll forget what romance is. It's when those curve balls are thrown that commitment wins not some feel good nonsense. That's for the movies and romance novels.

unfortunately I'll have to break your bubbles. 1st you must guard your heart because God is love and people be it your friends, family and colleagues will get along with you for selfish reasons hence a lot of great ladies and gents are broken hearted and stranded. We are not nonchalant with everyone but nonchalant to certain people through learned behaviour of that person.I am nonchalant to certain people because I just want to calm the waters/keep the waters calm.Ever got a feeling that you don’t want to respond to a certain person because you know they will never understand and then you just decide to just let it pass?…the topic you want is something that you seem ready to explore but might not be ready for the results.Just like when a child plays reckless with hot water not knowing the harm hot water might do.
