Don’t blame the vendor he didn’t even know who lost it and he was tricked into thinking it was another kid. The vendor even gave 150 dollars to spend like that’s generosity the kid lost his binder not the vendor, why blame vendor instead blame the thief!!!

If I had to guess on why that boy was walking around with a binder by himself, it’s probably bc a lot of parents don’t realize the value of the cards. My oldest has a binder and she isn’t allowed to take it out or trade anything in it without our permission but she’s had friends over and they’ve asked her for cards and we’ve had to say no. Their parents literally don’t get why we’ve said no until we tell them that’s like a $100 card, she can’t give it away or trade it for a common.

Could check his camera real quick to see who may have set it down just recently. It’s to prevent theft, track sales for some, others for content, but its purpose should have been at the time to get the binder to the boy.
