@plants_proseccoandparent: I stopped trying to fill every day with plans and started letting ordinary days at home be enough. 🌿 Baking together,pottering in the garden,looking after the animals, letting them play while I get on with something nearby. Nothing particularly exciting but I’ve realised slow motherhood isn’t about creating more things to do. Sometimes it’s about taking the things you’re already doing and letting the kids be part of them. 🤍 It’s cheaper, there’s less rushing and somehow these ordinary little days have become some of my favourites. If you’re an overwhelmed mum craving a slightly slower, simpler way of doing family life, stick around.
