wondering if she was drugged heavily, and the voice she was hearing was the husband. wasn't it a male voice. not sure she actually did it though

The baby was revived at 6:40, the max time is 45 mins to resuscitated so 5:55 earliest he was murdered, she was already outside at this point. There is no way she killed callen

I keep coming back to the argument that Lindsay never hearing the voice again somehow proves she wasn’t psychotic. Her circumstances after January 24th were completely different. She survived a suicide attempt, major surgery, was hospitalized in the ICU, experienced documented delirium and hallucinations, and then remained in continuous medical/psychiatric care. She was eventually maintained on olanzapine (antipsychotic), along with a stable medication regimen. Add in restoration of sleep, decreased stimulation, and removal from the environment she was in before the killings, and there are multiple plausible reasons a hallucination might not recur. That doesn’t prove the voice was caused by psychosis, but I also don’t think “she never heard it again” proves that it wasn’t. The conditions after January 24th were simply not comparable to the conditions before it.

I really pray to god this isn’t a mistrial. She should not have to go through another trial.

I was very disappointed that Red didn’t go harder on the lack of investigation or forensic evidence. Again he was soooo subtle about it, I worry the jurors won’t have picked up what he laid down 😭

icu delirium explains the false memory, especially if everyone was talking about it all around her, which, based on the clear hate those docs had in court for her , they were.

I was troubled that after 5 weeks of gruesome testimony she had to be so graphic. And I was horrified by the closing statement there was no need for it "she left the broken toys in the basement because she was done playing the game." So very hateful.

10/10, no notes, you nailed it. And Red didn’t object during the A Yates portion - the Judge went ahead and said something. BEYOND inappropriate.. SO sick of their behavior. It IS past unprofessionalism - it’s been misconduct.

A couple of points for you to consider. I would love to hear your thoughts: 1. Dr Phillip Resnick testified that sometimes patients can’t tell the difference between command hallucinations and intrusive thoughts. So, it’s possible that she was experiencing command hallucinations but she could resist them. Which she took to mean that they were simply intrusive thoughts. 2. After January 24, 2023, she was heavily sedated for many days. Lindsay also trialed several anti psychotic medications at the hospital after she woke up. I don’t think there was a day when she was lucid enough to remember any command hallucinations. If she was, she was already on antipsychotics

What do you think about how Kevin reddington handled the case in general . Most people are saying they’re disappointed he didn’t bring up more reasonable doubt that she even committed the crime and that he focused more on the mental health part

If I have learned one thing from this whole trial it’s that Patrick said…. No, I’m kidding, but seriously… the one thing I have learned is that I could never EVER be a juror in a case like this. Because I have the wherewithal to know that I would have the immense inability to not research the case outside of the courtroom. I am professionally diagnosed curious and nosey. lol I would be looking at and seeking out EVERYTHING I COULD!!!!!! And don’t worry, I would be honest, and make this information about myself readily available to anyone deciding if I am to be a member of any jury. I lack the self-control required to stay unbiased. Not only would I look into it, I would look so deeply into it, that my own investigation would be done, and my decision would be fully made on the case right after opening statements. This is why I will never sit on a jury. lol

feel like a lot of us are disappointed at Reddington’s closing and nervous theyll find Lindsay NGRI as opposed to acquittal but objectively he did the best he could given the circumstances. He couldn’t have gone that hard after Patrick cus hes not the one on trial and it’s also a slippery slope bcs it could’ve put the jury off potentially. He did repeatedly emphasize to them to really look at the evidence which was good bcs once they do theyll realize NOTHING adds up. Feels like it’s either they acquit her or it’s a hung jury. Theres no way they find her guilty or even NGRI if they REALLY look at the evidence.

Why do they keep saying that Lindsay was controlling and wanted to do things her way anyways? Is that how Patrick characterized her?
