If my hairloss started at 16-17 and now I'm 18 do you think dutasteride would be a better option than finasteride? Because I think that starting to bald this young could mean that my hair follicules are very very sensitive to dht so finasteride might not even be that effective

Bro I have a question i have thining hair I lost 40%-50% density mostly thickness I am on dutasteride and oral minoxidil and I am thinking of adding RU58841 or Topical Spironolactone 5% on top of dut and oral min I read that it can add 5% to 10% density increase is that true ?

Should i taper topical min ? Im gonna start oral min and i heard tapering the top over 6 months could give me no shedding. I’ve already been on topical min for 7 months now
