it sucks when you hit the limiter when you're trying to pass and then they speed up. the worst part is, when you slow down and get back behind them, they start going slow again.

This happens when you try to pass someone and they fucking speed up , and you’re speed limited so it’s not like you can go faster. 99% of the time it’s the fault of the person in the right lane.
