I think it was someone getting revenge on the step dad. They were going to kill the step dad but he wasn't there, so they killed his kid and dressed him up in his clothes. Maybe he owed someone money or angered some dangerous people? It just seems like its gotta be communicating something it's all so deliberate.

OK, I just watched the first video and now I’m watching this one. I fully agree with everyone in these comments. This little boy was murdered. There is no way that this little boy could handcuff himself to a suicide woof belt put a bag over his head and use a shoelace string and then the cops don’t do anything. There’s definitely something going on.

it was probably only his dna, because the intruder was wearing gloves and made sean get the string and bag himself. as for him wearing his step fathers clothes- could be the intruder trying to make it confusing for investigators.
