The more I listened to the prosecution, the more I believed Lindsay didn’t do this.

The baby was revived at 6:40, the max time is 45 mins to resuscitated so 5:55 earliest he was murdered, she was already outside at this point (5:50) There is no way she killed callen

another nonsense statement is her being lucid enough to answer the phone and seem chill, bc she wanted to keep him out longer....when in reality, wouldn't she say, "umm no that won't work, head to this store instead" to keep him running around?

My dad, a paramedic, said the same thing. natural instinct is to protect your fall using arms, hands

The prosecution did not do anything but prove the defense in that closing statement

Two splats of blood on the outside of the house almost make it look like her unconscious body was pushed out the window. But no one bothered to investigate it so we’ll never know

not if she closed her eyes and didn't see the ground coming to react to it. y'all are really grasping at nothing.

unreal that their argument was “well there wasnt a voice because why would you have hesitation marks if you were listening to the voice & shes a nurse so she didnt really want to unalive herself because she didnt do a good enough job unaliving herself so there wasnt a voice.” like… what

Nothing in this case makes sense! A attorney on here did the entire timeline with calls, Patrick’s reported time of leaving, her last heart rate, stairs tracked and it just doesn’t make sense given the child was able to get a heart rate over a hour after their accusations.

Yes! And the prosecution said Lindsey admitted to slashing the window screen, but the prosecution admitted to the defense later that the window screen was in tact and never was slashed by a knife. To me that indicates someone removed the screen and put it back into the window. How could she have done that with her injuries?

that makes even less sense then if she didn't willingly jump out of the window. she'd have to be completely sedated before her body would turn off the that reflex from an attacker and nothing suggests that level of sedation. its more likely her body willingly shut that reflex off from jumping out of the window by her own power
