I have only used pads my whole life, I don't mind them at all, I never have period pain really, and I've never had a leak. Though my period isn't as heavy as others are, but I think pads are far better than cotton being stuck up your vagina, just my opinion 🤷 I say definitely get ones with wings. If you want to work out maybe use the bigger ones ? that way if they do slide a bit it wouldn't be a huge problem, I've never really had a problem with that myself but it may just be an experimentation thing. You could also use the cotton reusable ones, then you can just wash them, less money and they'd probably feel less like a diaper and more like extra underwear

Period underwear girl!! Also if you want to use the cup go to putacupinit.com and take the quiz! It will give you the top 5 brands that will fit you best. It’s a learning curve for sure but so worth it! However I had to stop using mine because it pulled my iud out 🙃 so now I do period underwear!

Wear depends. No joke. They don’t leak even if you’re heavy and it drastically cuts down on cramping and other tampon side effects.

I just had to buy my daughter pads and spent 30 minutes trying to figure out wtf to buy because I haven’t used pads since I was 15, besides when I was postpartum. ☠️

They’ve found heavy metals and chemicals in pads that make your periods longer and more painful and some pads even have chemicals that cause chemical burns on your cooter. Since hearing that I ordered reusable period underpants and my periods have shortened and are less painful and they wash like normal laundry. I haven’t bought pads in a year

I stopped using tampons when I was about 30 and started using pads again. I absolutely hate a tampon! people say pads are gross, but how is it not gross to walk around with cotton soaked in blood in your vagina!?!!?

I don’t have a period anymore but for when I did I would throw down a bath towel on the bed at night and free bleed. It helps so much with cramping.
