Wow so many great advices! I practice so many of them and need to learn and stick to many 😅 I love the birth portal 😂🥰 I like using the 3-2-1 method for getting up and doing stuff. Timers for rest, even if I just sit there. My boyfriend helps me with it. It’s very difficult😅
