They have bear containers at every camp site for a reason. Next time follow the rules and put your food or anything at all that is scented up and away. The reason bears get relocated and or shot is because of humans not properly storing their food etc it’s posted read the signs next time he wouldn’t of wanted that tent if there wasn’t something in it to eat.

That’s the backpacker campground in the valley, i stayed there and people left for hours with the bear container open and food out right next to my tent i was so mad hosts did absolutely nothing

Your not suppose to have any food or even shampoo, perfume anything that has a scent in your tent. Because the Bears will go for it.

The reason a beloved bear was killed a few years back is because idiots left their food out and she bluffed charged them. USE the bear box!! Save a bear !!

Just came back from camping in the woods. NEVER keep food in your tent. Not even a single piece of candy or scented non-food items. Even the coolers go inside this heavy-duty steel bear box at night. That bear def picked-up a scent inside that tent. Not the bear’s fault.

I hope you didn’t get a fine, because leaving food in your tent or an ice chest or the bear vault will get it, and you posted your video! No worries the US marshals will send you your fine, they got your camp number and the license plate on the vehicle you’re!!! Even if the food is in your car it’s still a crime for baiting them
