@agingandchangecoach: I'm not an eye doctor but when I heard this (this morning) I couldn't NOT share this. Did you know reducing UV exposure before 18 can help deter or delay macular degeneration? My mom has macular degeneration so learning this really got me thinking about ensuring my 2 boys protect their eyes, and that I keep focused on protecting mine too. Did you know this? Does your aging parent have macular degeneration?
