It’s called cortido, also Papusas are so easy to make. It’s one of my fav budget meals. All you need is some corn flour, mozzerella (get the great value whole milk it works so good), a splash of milk for the shredded cheese, and some cabbage. For the cortido use pantry items- vinegar, water, salt, oregano, sugar and red pepper. Super easy, filling, satisfying and delicious.
