I use straight Dawn dish soap. Rub it in to the stain.

Girl, it's not just one stain treatment that works for everything. Only speaking from my 50 yrs of experience. Dawn dish soap works on some, shout, vinegar, and 5 In 1 Arm n Hammer works on others. I moved from CO to AZ. AZ has NO cold water from May to November. Where you live will most likely be different.

My go to is Shout. For super, tough stains and grease stains I will use Dawn Powerwash or regular Dawn dish soap.

I mix up my concoction of - hydrogen peroxide , dawn dish soap & baking soda. Mix like a thick paste & apply to stain. Leave overnight and wash as normal. It never disappoints!

if they are still in good condition apart from the stain, i woyld sometimes use cute patches over the stain😅. maybe you can make some granny squares and sew over them?
