I was looking into Turkish history as someone not even from the Old World, and I was confused to find out it is a large political stance in Turkiye to dislike Ataturk, I genuinely don't understand it, without him your guys country would be a rump state that's probably as economically pathetic or even more pathetic than rundown dumps like Moldova or something.
