You can’t compare the 2. His was pre-meditated and meticulously planned. His own defence team even stated there was no psychiatric evidence showing a mental disorder or psychosis contributed to his actions.

Can clearly tell you've not followed the actual trial or even payed attention to the lack of evidence and Inconsistencies! That prosecution has not presented or proved their case at all. & it's a shame because those kids deserve proper justice. One of the parents had to have done it and I'm just not convinced it's the one of trial....

firstly. that monster was captured on CCTV before the incident and he was witnessed doing the crime. She is being charged because her "husband said", there is no actual evidence, she did the things HE CLAIMED.

There was a very poor police investigation into Clancy case it proved nothing all the evidence is Patrick said. Very different from the CCTV footage of the axel and his atrocities

we KNOW he did it we DONT KNOW she did and if you even bothered to research the clancy case you'd be questioning if she actually did it too. imo it wasn't her mental health it was her husband or someone else
