Neopolitan was disappointing to me too! I hadn’t bought from them in months and I went on a lil spree bc I “knew” I would love Neopolitan based on the notes and loving ice cream itself. my bf likes it tho and I don’t hate it I just usually mix it with birthday cake or wrapped in vanilla. Probably good with strawberry snowflakes or poundcake too. HOWEVER the other day my bf and I had a banana split together and we smelled the chocolate and strawberry syrup over the soft serve and both realized Neopolitan just smells like vanilla+strawberry Hershey syrup+chocolate hershey syrup. I like it more now!

Maybe it’s just this years version but Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin is so masculine. I think it’s the ginger snap in it that’s bringing it to that masculine spice but idk, it’s fine but not very sweet, not very cinnamon and not the pumpkin I imagined or hoped for 😭

the one time I've had an experience similar to blind buying is when my mom bought me gingham fresh or however you spell it and hated it, never will I blind buy tho bc I'm very picky abt everything scent related bc I'm easily prone to migraines lol

BBW will exchange any for equal retail value. Even if you ordered it online. If you bought a spray online, and you don’t like it, you can take it to the store and exchange it for a different spray. I think they give you 90 days, and you haven’t used more than 25% of the product. An employee told me this. But I’ve heard of people bringing stuff back that’s almost empty and over a year old, and they claim that BBW still exchanged it. I don’t know if that’s true.

B&bw doesn’t do gingerbread that well in my opinion. I’ve tried a few of them over the years and they’re always so spicy. Definitely needs to be sweeter
