let Google the salary and quality of life of nurses in china vs US. not to mention if a nurse migrate to US legally there is a path to green card and eventually US citizenship. Not to mention US and Ghana allow dual citizenship status. China does not provide citizenship to foreign nationals through work. even if you manage to obtain Chinese citizenship through marriage, China does not allow dual citizenship. therefore if you want to be a citizen of china you will give up your Ghanaian citizenship.
