Brampton real estate is the Wild Wild West and it isn’t a good thing! Apparently some people think showing appointments are just... guidelines. But on a serious note... Showing up almost 60 minutes early to my client's occupied home without a phone call, text, or any heads-up and only reaching out because you couldn't get in, isn't just unprofessional, it's disrespectful. Our clients have lives. They have children, pets, meetings, dinner on the stove, and every right to expect that the appointment time they agreed to is the time you'll arrive. Showing windows exist for a reason. If you need to come early, ask. If the answer is no, respect it. We ask our clients to trust us with one of their biggest assets. The least we can do as an industry is respect their time, their privacy, and their home. This isn't about one inconvenience. It's about professionalism and basic courtesy.
