What’s the best way to keep supply up? I had very low supply with baby 1, hoping I can change that with my second baby.

My baby is EBF she gets a bottle sometimes mid day and every night before bed, she’s been considered a slow weight gainer, she has a great latch, feeds well, I also pump, baby on this 2 months appointment only had a 1oz weight gain. Pediatrician wants me to fortify my breast milk with formula, I really don’t want to do it. Any tips or opinion?

My baby is 2 months old and I’m really struggling with breastfeeding 🥺 I was combo feeding with formula but now she drinks about 4 oz and completely refuses to latch. I barely feel my letdown anymore, and when I pump I’m lucky to get 1 oz combined. 😭 I feel like my supply is drying up and it’s so discouraging, especially seeing moms with huge supplies on TikTok.

hello Nurse Nicky, I hope you are well. my baby is 14 days old today.. on day 7, he suddenly stopped latching.. before each feeding session to the breast, i have to wait until hes really hungry, sometimes crying to drop the breast in his mouth. my nipples did became very large, but i am terrified of him stopping completely.. Any advice? ❤️

I regret weaning everyday of my life. I was inspired to stop because all I did was see other postpartum moms get skinny again and bounce back on a GLP-1. I was such an over supplier with my first and was just enough for with my second, so I stopped. He will be four months old tomorrow and I would do anything to be able to start it all over again and try again. I wish I would have unfollowed all of those people and just went with my gut.

I’m almost 3 months postpartum I do both breastfeeding and formula which I didn’t plan to do I wanted to strictly breastfeed but i barely make enough for two bottles a day. I lacked breastfeeding when I gave birth because it hurt my c section to much so can you please give some advice what to do I’ve done everything I’ve been told but it doesn’t help
