I really liked the concept of her skin changing so much from the vitiligo, that can happen and it being connected to the moon cycle was so cool! It’s your art though as long as you like

I think the biggest issue originally was the fact that she became light and had straight hair. When she was albino but still had her braids it looked amazing!

I hate how whenever people from certain groups critique someone for misrepresenting them people in the comments who AREN'T apart of said groups think they have the right to call them sensitive 😭😭 like this is one of the few times I actually see an artist take feedback and improve and people are trying to paint criticism as people "just being sensitive"

I think all the designs looked cool…as someone who actually DOES have vitiligo, I thought this was a fantastic way to use it and it makes me happy any time I see characters with it, magical or not 🥹 vitiligo definitely can change over time and this concept as a whole is/was very cool!!

I’m so sad the second version was so so pretty :( I (personally) don’t think that it was too much of an issue, because people’s skin colour CAN change from vitiligo! Micheal Jackson is a really good example of that! I’ll forever mourn the second design but this one is so pretty too
