I've served on a jury where we knew the guy did it. He looked like the type, it was clear that the witness was accurate in her recollections but the actual victim never appeared and the actual physical evidence didn't support the argument that the prosecutor was making. From what I've seen here, even IF she did do this there is no actual evidence. Therefore this should be straight up not guilty. Then they should come for the ex husband and she should get some sort of compensation.

I don’t like the fact that the DA is involved in decisions about the length of stay in hospital…. I don’t trust them at all. Given how they’ve behaved I can’t see them agreeing to her release ever.

All the common wealth proved beyond reasonable doubt is that the investigation of the deaths was extremely flawed and incomplete, the MH system completely failed this Lyndsey and her family and that expert witnesses should have a minimum time frame for when they can assess the defendant from the incident and a minimum amount of time the should spend with them in addition to a robust CV of specialist practice in the specific area they're testifying on. what a farce!
