The “nail guide” is a good estimate of its depth. If your finger nail catches it GENERALLY it’s not going away. That said good detailer would be able to fill the channel and soften the edges so that the light doesn’t refract so heavily from it. Get it to someone who knows what they’re doing and get their opinion. Alternatively a photo on here MIGHT provide some initial opinion but ultimately a professional can provide an estimate free of charge. Good luck 👍👍👍

Touch up pen dab paint in to scratch til its over the scratch think of filling scratch with paint, then attempt repair, cutting compound followed by a polish.Should improve.
