@alle6769: Here's the pumpkin cream soda — bubbly orange base with that fluffy pumpkin cream cloud and whipped cream on top just like in the photo. Want me to tweak the look or flavor? Pumpkin Cream Soda (makes 2 tall glasses) This version tastes like a cream soda float + pumpkin pie. No need to hunt for pumpkin soda. For the pumpkin syrup: 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling) 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup water 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1/4 tsp nutmeg + 1/4 tsp ginger + pinch cloves) Pinch of salt For the pumpkin cream: 3/4 cup heavy cream / all-purpose cream, very cold 2 tbsp pumpkin syrup (from above) 1 tbsp powdered sugar To assemble: 2 cups cold cream soda (like A&W or Jones) OR plain soda water + extra vanilla Ice Whipped cream and cinnamon stick for topping 1. Make the syrup (5 mins): In a small saucepan, whisk water, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, and spices. Simmer 3-4 minutes until slightly thick and smooth. Take off heat, stir in vanilla and salt. Let cool. Strain if you want it super smooth. Keeps 5 days in fridge. 2. Make the pumpkin cream: Whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar to soft peaks, then whisk in 2 tbsp of the pumpkin syrup. You want it pourable, like melted ice cream, not stiff. 3. Assemble: Fill 2 tall glasses with ice. Add 3-4 tbsp pumpkin syrup to each, then top with cold cream soda and stir gently. It will foam. Slowly pour the pumpkin cream over the back of a spoon so it floats on top. Add a little whipped cream, dust with cinnamon, pop in a cinnamon stick. Tips: Philippines swap: If you can't find cream soda, use Schweppes cream soda or mix soda water + 1/2 tsp vanilla + 1 tbsp condensed milk. Less sweet? Use soda water instead of cream soda. Boozy version: Add 1 oz vanilla vodka or bourbon. Make it a float: Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream before the pumpkin cream. #drinks #pumpkin #soda #fyp
