no one is safe with depression, the cases of women doing suicide are few cz nobody talks about it ,, i lost my cousin because of suicide, and she went as far as talking her life and her son's life , boychild is not the only one suffering, even girl child suffers in silence

we are always on our own no one cares about us no one is always there for us even when we need someone to talk to when we are not okay but all we get is being bullied we get judged and no one believes in us and some always see like we are useless that's why most men have never got courage to speak themselves out they opt to just keep everything to themselves and act like everything is okay when it's not.They later fall into depression 🥺
