it's not secure. all logged. rather use Tor Browser with Onion links, but even then some exit nodes are monitored. ther eis very little anonymity. And your local ISP can also log sometimes.

As I understand it, Windows devices use a unique identifier that is readable on the request so they can identify you on windows. Likewise, if I'm using Android and connected to Google services then they can tie that VPN traffic to the other traffic accessing the internet elsewhere. So if I were a person of interest then a VPN, whilst making it more difficult, does not make me invisible to the authorities. I use a VPN to reduce advertising crap.
