I used to be active worked etc, now I’m lucky if I can walk that day. I take breaks n try not to push myself. I worked up to when I couldn’t and filed for my social security. I would love to work again, and I’ve dealing with this for 26yrs

Driving to dr appointments, gas, driving to more dr appointment, hospital stays, medications, insurance doesn't cover a wheelchair buy a wheelchair, cane, walker, it never stops. And living off of disability doesn't cover half of it

yeah tell me about a job that will allow me to call off any given day randomly because im in a flare but i was fine yesterday and i really dont know when i will be back cause i dont know and cant predict when my flares will be over

I got real lucky! I work for Publix, in Florida it’s a supermarket chain, pretty big down here in Florida anyway, I was a grocery stock clerk and when I got sick there was no way o could physically do my job, I suffered big time, they gave me a position in the liquor store which is so much easier on me physically. I can sit when needed, it’s the perfect fix I am so grateful that I can do that

Apply for your Social security disability... your children will draw their own checks ..off of you. If you have 2 kids... that's 3 checks ♥️
