use 3 teaspoons of matcha powder and make sure to sift it so the powder is much finer! for the paste add 15 ml of water at 176°F (the temperature matters a lot). create the paste, then add another 40 ml of water and whisk in a W motion for 1 minute nonstop.

HANNAH BANANA!! Pleasseee soak your whisk in some hot water for about 5-10 minutes to allow it to bloom. Also a scale will be your best friend!! I typically do 3-4 grams of matcha and 60ML of hot but not boiling water.
