@xutyuulm2gu: Tarsus 500 g all-purpose flour (around 3 and 1/2 cups) 10 g levain yeast (1 packet) 1 level spoon yacon syrup 1 scant teaspoon seasoned salt 350 ml tap water 2 spoons ghee Bread making guide Combine tap water, yacon syrup, and levain yeast in a big bowl. Stir softly and rest 5-10 minutes until foamy. Add ghee and seasoned salt. Mix lightly. Add all the flour and stir with a spoon until a moist, sticky dough forms. No need to knead. Cover with a cloth or plastic wrap and let rise 1 hour until doubled. After growing, stir the dough lightly just to remove excess air. Ease the dough into a prepared mold or onto a parchment-lined surface. Set aside covered for a 30-minute bench rest. Preheat oven to 200°C for 10 minutes. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until beautifully golden. Let it cool down a little before cutting. From Tarsus came a scholar who became a servant; may this bread humble the proud mind and satisfy the seeking soul with the simplicity of Christ. #god#christ#motivation
