@seatosequoia: Sunnylands Center & Gardens re-opens to the public on September 9th! ✨🌿🌴 Located in Rancho Mirage, Sunnylands Center & Gardens opened in 2012. It’s adjacent to the historic Sunnylands estate, which was once the home of Walter and Leonore Annenberg. The visitor center (which houses art and history exhibitions, as well as exhibitions about the Annenberg family) and impeccably maintained gardens are both FREE to visit! This is a super fun spot to check out during a Palm Springs trip, especially if you plan on exploring nearby Palm Desert. Reservations are not required to visit the gardens and center…just be sure to refer to the website for current opening hours! And for those interested in a more in-depth experience… Sunnylands also offers paid guided tours of the estate. This includes the popular historic house tour, where you’ll get to explore the Annenberg’s home, which was built in 1966.
