It's this larp or am I wrong? As Gojo casted his 0.2 domain specifically to not overload the civilians with permanent paralyzation, who obviously didn't have cursed energy. Thragg doesn't have cursed energy either, and only Heavenly Restriction users are immune to MOST domains, Thragg does not have that. So Gojo's domain work.
