@naija.confra: OWERRI, IMO: Yesterday, August 26, 2026, a former NBM number 1 man, Gowon (video), was att@cked and robbed by the NBM Zonal Head in New Owerri Zone, Ifeanyi, alias Peacemaker (right picture). Gowon was att@cked after he made a comment on Naija Confra’s Facebook post criticizing crimes committed by some NBM cultists, which he did not support. He also revealed betrayals within NBM, among other issues. Following Gowon’s comment, the weak Ifeanyi, who could not confront Gowon alone, went with his Zonal Butcher, Mikel, other NBM cultists, including NBM policemen to track him. Gowon was att@cked and robbed of his belongings. There are reports that they planned to sh00t him this night, but they missed him. Gowon, a long time NBM member and a graduate of Imo State University, is a man who had his rough past during his school days but has remained calm and peaceful for a long time. Gowon was the Coordinator when the zone was still a sub-zone and was expected to become the Zonal Head after the zone was created. However, bribery and corruption led the former National Head, Ese Kakor (Ring Light Kpoi), to give the position to Ifeanyi, alias Peacemaker, a notorious street tout. Ifeanyi, the Zonal Head, has been repeatedly mentioned by Naija Confra in connection with various crimes, including forceful cult initiations, cult att@cks, and the forceful taking and stealing of cars, gold, money, and other belongings of fellow NBM members. This same Ifeanyi is sleeping with the wife of an NBM member named One Word (from Ogwa), who is based in South Africa, and there are evidence to back this up. Naija Confra received reports that Gowon was suspended, and that the NBM National Head, Charles Chimezie, plans to also suspend Ifeanyi, the Zonal Head. However, Ifeanyi and his men claim that the National Head cannot do anything because they already gave him ₦10 million some days ago while he was in the UK.
