@crmnallyobsessed: As the jury deliberates in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial, let's take a look back at the Commonwealth's closing argument. Prosecutors say that despite Lindsay suffering from mental illness, her actions were still planned and she knew what she was doing was wrong. They argue that she deliberately made sure that her then-husband, Patrick Clancy, was out of the house so she could kill her three children. The prosecution also stated that Clancy had ample mental health resources available to her but was not fully honest with her doctors and providers about what she was experiencing. Jurors can consider first-degree murder, second-degree murder or involuntary manslaughter — or find Clancy not guilty by reason of lack of criminal responsibility. What do you think? If you were a juror, how would you rule and why? #LindsayClancy #Massachusetts

The amount of people claiming she is guilty with ZERO evidence she actually committed the alleged murders if her children is insane.

The argument about calling the pharmacy makes no sense... On the contrary, if she had wanted to ensure the process took as long as possible, she wouldn't have verified beforehand that the medication was in stock. She would have let him leave without any information, so he would have to search for as long as possible.

baby's heartbeat can only return within 40 minutes. Baby got a heartbeat at 6:40, so this would mean that she would have maybe jumped out the window at 6:05. So that would mean she was outside for only 10 min before the ambulance arrived at 6:15 . So in 10 min you get an 82 body temperature? Nope, not adding up!

Access to care doesn’t mean quality care. And she was turned away on several occasions from resources because she was deemed as not urgent enough

If she wanted the time she would have had him just continue wandering around cvs and not called ahead. Her story makes more sense- she wanted him to find it quickly and get home
