Did you know America’s first two Black generals were a father and son? Brigadier General Benjamin O. Davis Sr. became the first Black general in the U.S. Army. His son, General Benjamin O. Davis Jr., became the first Black general in the U.S. Air Force and commanded the Tuskegee Airmen, later receiving his fourth star from President Clinton in 1998. Their story deserves its own movie. @WatchTheYard sat down with @Doug Melville , the great-nephew of General Benjamin O.
