I was so excited for the one Carmel. Finally went last year but it was SO CROWDED. Ruined the entire atmosphere it was going for. Also so pricey.

I just wish the US versions didn’t have a bunch of drop shipped items in the booths. In Germany, everything was so unique and not the same stock stuff. But I’ve not been to the exact ones on this list, so maybe they’re better! Would notttt recommend the Baltimore MD Christmas market though lol

I used to live in Carmel and I went to the caramel Holiday market once. it was nice but EXTREMELY CROWDED so just be aware of that

I’ve been to both of the ones in Chicago and Carmel and they are amazing! I was stationed in Germany for 4 years and these are very close to the ones over there.

Chicago Christkimdl has satellite locations, too! Aurora and Wrigleyville in addition to the OG at Daley Plaza

I went last year to chicago and the Xmas kindlemart was crazy. I couldn't enjoy it cuz ppl were literally back to back and that was all day. went at night thinking it'll die down but stood in line for 30+ minutes. but overall, the surrounding areas and Macy's was nice to visit.

I’ve been to the Chicago Christmas Mkt several times! Super fun but be prepared to wait in lines and not be able to move! Very crowded!
