I used to do this as a job and people would literally scream you down 😂 WHAT ABOUT MY 2 YEAR OLD SON. 😂😂 I HAVE WORK IN THE MORNING! GET ANOTHER PLANE HERE TONIGHT! Not sure why but I really used to enjoy it 😂

EasyJet staff aren’t allowed in the departure lounge. I use to work at Dalaman Airport and they’re a nightmare for lettering holiday reps or airline staff into the departure lounge. Just FYI as you will never see them (unless the airport allow it)

Well done to her! EZY reps wouldn’t have the clearance to be through there, but the handlers are representatives of EZY, as much as they’ll tell you they have nothing to do with the airline. However when English is not a first language, having 1 person to explain things to who can that communicate clearly to a crowd is an absolute life saver. Clear, concise and just perfect. It’s a stressful situation for everyone, you should work together to make things easier for everyone.

I be honest these guys work long hours and do get a lot of grief . Much respect to this lady standing in. I’ve seen it plenty of times people kicking of also make it easier for them to search you’re bags by putting things in clear sandwich bags and label them makes life so much easier for them too and they are greatful . I’ve got to know some of the staff there too xx

Also flight only the airline NEED to rebook you on to the next available flight. You should not need to pay again this is wrong information. They are legally bound to sort this out.

easyJet needs to give your wife a free holiday for sorting their mess out for them, how stupid, a big airline like them with no staff to help in the airport, I've saw similar things happening here in Morocco as well, people literally waiting outside to board for hours then it be cancelled and them waiting from 2pm to midnight before getting on a flight. what is happening with easyJet lately

We had the same at Dalaman yesterday they told us the flight was overbooked and left us for 17 hours to pay for a new flight home and claim the cost back. I’m now two flights down money for food drinks and very very tired!!
