yh i been off meds since may this year cuz yh national shortage in the uk and yh I FINALLYYYY got the meds yesterday. Yh nightmare I was ment to up to 150mg then there has been a shortage NOW WHERE I managed to get it mentally i went DEEP depressive till yh july where I tried self deleting since then now goin manic/mania and yh ummmm well I FINALLYYYY GOT MY MEDS so can start them again today BUT GUESS WHAT..... I HAVE TO RESTART BACK ON 50MG CUZ ITS BEEN SO LONG (IM ON QUATIAPINE AND CAN ONLY TAKE LONG REALEASE) WHICH THEY HAVE A SHORTAGE OFFFFF 😭😭😭
