@foodrecipes_offical: Ingredients For the Steak: 1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes 1 tbsp olive oil 1½ tsp Cajun seasoning 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste 2 tbsp butter 3 garlic cloves, minced For the Creamy Cajun Shells: 12 oz medium pasta shells 2 tbsp butter 4 garlic cloves, minced 1½ cups heavy cream ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan ½ cup shredded mozzarella 1–1½ tsp Cajun seasoning ½ tsp smoked paprika ½ cup reserved pasta water Salt & pepper, to taste For Finishing: Fresh chopped parsley Freshly grated Parmesan Cracked black pepper Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes Directions 1. Cook the Pasta Boil the pasta shells in generously salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta. 2. Cook the Steak Toss the steak pieces with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak in a single layer without overcrowding the pan. Sear for about 2 minutes per side, or until nicely browned. During the final minute, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook until the steak is glossy and well coated. Transfer the steak to a plate. 3. Make the Creamy Cajun Sauce Reduce the heat to medium-low. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds. Pour in the heavy cream and season with Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika. Gently simmer for 2–3 minutes. Lower the heat and gradually stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella until the sauce is smooth, creamy, and fully melted. 4. Add the Pasta Add the cooked pasta shells to the sauce and toss until well coated. Add the reserved pasta water a little at a time as needed, until the sauce becomes glossy and flows easily around the pasta shells. 5. Add the Steak Place the garlic-butter steak pieces over the creamy pasta and gently toss everything together. Finish with freshly grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, cracked black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Enjoy! 😋 #cheese #meat #EasyRecipe #easydinnerideas #tiktokfood
