After watching your first video, it gave me the motivation to start . I appreciate you posting the 1st video because it showed me how hard it was for you and what to expect. Night 1 was terrible for me , BUT she did a lot better than I expected , yes there were crying moments but it got better as the night progressed . Tonight is night 2 and she whimpered a little bit but put soothed herself found her paci and fell asleep in 15 min, I didn’t even go in 🥹 fingers crossed. 🤞🏻

When I don’t have time for a bath, I strip them down to diaper and fill up bathroom sink and let them sit with their feet in there for a couple of mins. I read it has the same calming and signaling effect as a full bath!

Self calming it’s a great skill to have. It will help when he gets older. You’re doing a great job at remaining consistent

I’m in Australia and we use Bibs for our sons pacifier and they do a glow in the dark version which is amazing for overnight, they can find it a lot easier!

Are you doing the same routine for day naps? I’m on night 2 and he fell asleep at the 4 min mark after crying, his bedtime is 8-8:30. He has a habitual wake at 9pm and he just fell back asleep on his own. Fingers crossed he sleeps through the night. At least until 5am 🤞🏼
