My worst nightmare, can’t get home. Not everyone can even afford another night somewhere. Agreed the customer service is awful 😞

Hi! Vet flyer here. Just ask to be rebooted. Dont wast your time and energy. Get on the next flight the next make sure you get a seat because it will be oversold. And yea they dont know if its weather related.
