Total joke of an investigation ! As a former police officer .. just retired in 2025. This makes me sick . I live in Canada and worked for the federal police agency (RCMP) and I can tell you this investigation would not even pass the first supervisor and sure as heck would have never made this to the DA’s office. This is injustice for Lindsay and those three babies. Disgusting! The PO in the file should be fired for the biggest F up ever!!!!

PUT ASIDE HER MENTAL HISTORY… and whether or not she was in psychosis or not… there in no evidence that convinces me SHE could have done this. I wish people understood… PATRICK’s WORD was gold to them and it influenced every decision after that. He TOLD 911 that he was doing CPR, yet witnesses found him on the couch on his phone and the children FACE DOWN. He lied. He lied. HE FREAKING LIED. Imagine what that woman lived with EVERY DAY.
