I used to work lost prevention for Von Maur, and I can tell you the spot cameras are to get shoplifters and thieves. I am not saying I agree with flock cameras but it will make it easier.

Where we really need these cameras to stop theft and stealing and fraud is in the office of every politician, congressman senator state and city employees we need to surveillance them to see how they’re doing their job and what kind of services they’re providing to serve the people cameras in every office and every city and every state of government officials

So shields is trying to tell it’s customers and general public that the cameras installed in every aisle in every corner of the store and the addition of antitheft devices and mechanisms on every package possible is not enough to deter theft now they have to watch you from the outside to see if you go inside to know how much ammunition and guns you’re buying.
