Insufficient information. It was a preself naturally formed DAM. Due to the huge Glacier downfall impact that Dam burst and huge Flash flood ran down to the village collecting Debris, Wood, water and mud and the whole POWER swap along houses residents, animals, bridge and infrastructures. Anyway... Ooom namashivaya🙏.. My heartfelt condolences.
