Yes, but I’ve had amazing periods of time for years. Never had routine, regular meds, ect. Just diagnosed with heds and rediagnosed with fibromyalgia and I’ve been in denial about it for 20 years. Finally realizing I’m chronically ill.

Worse. I let my dr get me to cause a flare so they could test for MCAS, test didn’t work, and a year later I’m still recovering.

19 years with chronic whiplash 😵 It’s a struggle for sure and sometimes you just have to “forget” to be a bit sane. So far no official diagnosis- but working towards it and moving forward with the acceptance of self diagnosis- hEDS at the very least

In my head I’m stil healthy. My body shows differently. I should just be able to do normal day to day I try to convince myself 🥲

I’m feeling good, I don’t need my meds anymore. 5 days later comes a major crash that takes weeks instead of days to recover. Yep, you would think I learned from the last time. Or the time before that. Maybe the time before that?

I would love to reduce my supplements, partially because I have chronic dry mouth and gel/veggie capsules (like most supplements) get stuck at the end of my esophagus because it's not getting enough saliva. I have to take them with certain types of food so the food pushes it down. and I added one more supplement to my collection today 😭

I’m going in to a bad flare right now and I have no idea what to do. My normal tricks aren’t working at all.

It's just... exhausting. Why do I need a 1 hour wake up and night time routine (each), and at LEAST 30 minutes of exercise/rehad every day? ON TOP of "normal" adult chores? Nevermind trying to rebuild your support system... So yeah, I often drop things off my self-care list in hopes of regaining some "normalcy", only yo get whacked in the face by my chronic illness chronically affecting me.

🤦🏼♀️🙋♀️literally blindsided when my disability disables me and I all of the sudden remember the 9 things I needed to keep doing but somehow they ALL completely dissapeared from my brain because I forgot 1 of them and that distrusted the system
