im protecting all my existing assets, yes that means a prenup is going to happen. does that mean Im seeking or preparing for a divorce?.. not necessarily, its a safeguard in the event it takes place. the idea that every person who wants a prenup has ulterior motives is disheartening, you'd hate to have 50% of your hard work wiped out because one party checks out of the marriage.
