No, gvt was and still in right track. Even I also dont want to blame China too. Nepal got warned just b4 half hour and polish had mike but citizens took not much seriously as happened. Who knows. I dont blame even to citizens. We r not rich and strong in weapons and all but we have a big trust with our gvt. Not only Balen, Even we trust previous gvts.
