They’re saying around 12,000 people have been reported missing. That’s just the people with surviving family and friends who can report them. That’s not accounting for entire families and multigenerational households that were wiped out with no survivors

DEVASTATED FOR EVERY SINGLE PERSON. 💔 all of those people gone, trapped. It was hard to watch the video of it happening. All I can hope, is that the people who lost their lives did not suffer.

I know how you feel. I think we, as a people, have become desensitised to all of this: the wars, the destruction, people dying, the movies we watch, the explosions, the gunfire, everything. We’ve become so desensitised that we barely even see anything wrong with it anymore, like it's just a part of life, and honestly, it’s horrible. I know I should feel horrified by it, but I just don’t feel anything.
